A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse with graduate-level education (Master’s degree) who provides comprehensive, high-quality medical care to patients of all ages. In Manitoba, Nurse Practitioners are independent, licensed health-care providers regulated by the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba under The Regulated Health Professions Act.
